Does it renew automatically?
No. Plus and Family are a one-time payment for 30, 90 or 180 days of access. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
What happens when my access ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Your Kundli, history and saved reports stay in your account, and you can buy again whenever you like.
How do 90 and 180-day plans work?
They are 30-day periods back to back: 90 days is three, 180 days is six. Your questions and spoken replies refresh at the start of each 30-day period, and anything unused does not carry over.
When do my questions and reports refresh?
Questions, spoken replies and new reports refresh at the start of each 30-day period of your access. On the Free plan, questions reset each calendar month. My account and the Ask page show what you have left, and so does sending “balance” on WhatsApp.
What happens if a report fails?
A report that fails to generate does not use your allowance. A saved report reopens free, and generating one again uses one report.
Can I buy again before my access ends?
Yes. The new days start when your current access ends, so no paid day is lost. You can book up to a year of access ahead.
Are taxes included?
Prices include applicable taxes where required. Any additional taxes are shown before payment.
Which currencies are supported?
Prices are set for each market, never converted: INR in India, AUD in Australia, GBP in the United Kingdom, USD in everywhere else. You pay in the currency of your billing country. If that differs from the price you were shown, we show the new price before you pay and ask you to confirm it.
Does WhatsApp use the same allowance?
Yes. Questions on the web and on WhatsApp come from one shared allowance.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow our terms. If you think a charge is wrong, write to hello@vedaspeak.com within 30 days.
Can VedaSpeak read an answer aloud?
On Plus and Family, tap Listen on an answer or a report. Audio is made only when you tap, and each one uses one spoken reply from your allowance for the 30-day period: 15 (5 in India) on Plus, 30 (10 in India) on Family. We do not store the audio; the text stays in your history. The Free plan has no spoken replies.
How is my data handled?
We use your birth details and conversations only to run VedaSpeak for you. We show no ads and never sell your data. You can download your data or delete your account at any time. Read the privacy policy.
