Delete your data
You can delete your VedaSpeak account and everything linked to it at any time. This includes your Kundli and birth details, family profiles, conversations (web and WhatsApp), reports (with their earlier and Hindi versions), predictions, remedy history and consent records.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in and open My account.
- Optionally, download a copy of your data first.
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
When you confirm, every session is signed out and your data stops being shown or used at once. For 7 days you can cancel by signing in again. After that, your data is permanently deleted.
Ask us to delete it
If you use VedaSpeak only on WhatsApp, or cannot sign in, email hello@vedaspeak.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address or WhatsApp number you use with VedaSpeak. We will confirm who you are, delete your account and data on the same terms as above, and reply to confirm when it is done.
What is kept
Payment and invoice records that tax law requires us to keep (amounts, dates, currency and tax) are kept without your name, email or account. Usage and cost records are kept for our cost totals, with every link to you removed. If you sent STOP on WhatsApp, we keep that opt-out so your number is never messaged again.
Backups age out on a fixed schedule; individual records inside a backup cannot be removed early. Messages already delivered to your WhatsApp app stay on your phone and are controlled by WhatsApp, not by us.
